I was blown away from the entire experience. Cutebox Jenny is so kind with great customer service. She listened to my likes and I got everything I wished for and more. I already placed a second order which has been filmed and shipped and I am preparing to place my 3rd order. Thank you for been an amazing shop for all my Harry Potter fandom needs and wants.
It was exciting to get the box of goodies and open it. Picture shows most of the items included. 😊 great job!
My wife absolutely loved her box. The box was filled with amazing gifts. Every item was better then the last. We were already talking about our next order before we had even finished unpacking the first box. We are excited to place our next order.
I received my box about a week ago. I was so excited to get it because I had watched so many videos of them making the boxes. I was excited to see what my selections were. I love everything and the quality of the items are very nice. I received some unique items that I have not been able to find anywhere. I have a very large collection and everything was a great addition to it. I seriously am going to order again
Love my Harry Potter box! It was full of cute items and all the special requests were fulfilled! Definitely recommend this to gift yourself or any Potterhead in your life! Thank you!!
Wonderful items. I received so many great things. I love the beanie hats and scarf! The wallet, passport holder and notebooks are excellent! I will definitely be ordering again.
I love all items. Got the monster book bag I wished for. I would definitely buy again!
I bought a 2 scoop order for my adult daughters birthday. I wanted a video and forgot to say to use her name not mine so emailed and got a response quickly. Very nice and easy to talk to. The box arrived within a couple weeks and was so packed full of goodies. My daughter has spent hours going through all the items and like me is very impressed. Highly recommend if you like Harry Potter to indulge and place an order. Thank you!!❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely fantastic package! It was for my best friend’s birthday and she LOVED it!
Awesome items! I loved it!!
I love it! Very well packaged and I received it in record time! I wish the two boxes of small accessories had not been the same but I plan on sharing some of this with my fellow potter head friends.

I was so excited when my delivery arrived, it held surprise after surprise it must have taken me 10 mins to get to the bottom of the box !! I'm looking forward to ordering again 😃
Fantastic items, great packaging, kind customer service, overall great experience and I will definitely order again.
I absolutely love everything about my boxes and all my items. I’m in love with everything. I’m absolutely going to definitely get more. I wanted to add more pictures because it said to see the stuff in action so I was just taking a picture of the mirror, but there’s so much more scattered about my house. I put it everywhere. Like I said, I absolutely loved this scoop and everything. I called everybody as soon as I got it. 😍
Solo much more than whats in this picture id have to make a video to show everything this was one of the better mystery boxes you will ever buy really I couldn't complain in any way this is one of the best things ever only wish I had more wizard money to buy more mystery boxes lol seriously thanks so much and keep it up its amazing
Great selection of items in categories I requested. Most items were good quality, a few were cheap. I also got an umbrella which I forgot to add to the picture. The video of my selection was almost just as fun as opening the box, and my mini me had fun also and got to enjoy the experience. My cup was broken and hedwig keychain stuffy had a hole, but they were quick to respond to replace. Very kind customer service. I would highly recommend and I’m placing my second order right now! So much fun.
Absolutely loved my surprise scoop! I got so many items for a 1 scoop chance and I can't wait to order again!
Fantastic service, loved everything that came in my box, will definitely order again, can bot wait to see the packing video.
We absolutely loved our surprise box, it felt like Christmas when it arrived. I highly recommend this experience 👌🏼
Ordered a 12 scoops for my birthday off my parents and daughter and finally got to open it today and I have to say i was really pleased with everything I got, for such a big haul I didn't have as many duplicates as I thought I would which was great and I only got a couple of things that I won't use so gave one to my daughter and one to my niece and the car scents I'm giving to my dad as I don't drive, am really happy with everything and will certainly order again in the future. Thank you.
